Pilates is an ageless exercise regimen. At age 70, I needed to find a fitness routine on which I could build a healthy lifestyle. More importantly, I needed to find a coach who could push me to achieve my flexibility goals but also understand I don’t have the flexibility (at least not yet) of a 30-year-old. I have found both. In just a few short months, I have already seen my stamina and balance improve. I used to drag myself to the gym. Now I look forward to making more progress. I have lost weight and my mental acuity has improved. Danielle has a unique way of encouraging and challenging her clients and tailor fits (almost weekly) her workouts for the needs of the client as he or she walks through the door. Like I said, Pilates is an ageless regimen with an intuitive coach.
