Looking for a fun and affordable way to do pilates? Try our mat classes! Choose from Pilates Sculpt, Pilates Strength and Pilates Flow classes on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:30 p.m. These high-energy pilates classes will challenge your core, stretch you out and help you build strength and stamina! These are mixed-level classes. No pilates experience is necessary to get started.
Try our two-week unlimited class package for $120 or drop in and try one class for $27. We also offer a 5-class pack for $125 or a 10-class pack for $225. We'll donate $5 for every person that attends our mat classes to Twin Cities Food Justice as part of our Pilates for Good initiative. We're dedicated to helping organizations in Minneapolis during these challenging times.
