Ready to get started? Book your initial consultation here! All new students are required to complete an initial consultation that serves as an introductory workout and assessment. Your instructor will introduce you to the fundamental pilates exercises and assess your movement in order to determine the most appropriate path to helping you reach your fitness goals. After the consultation, your instructor may recommend that you do a minimum of three more private sessions as part of the discounted Introductory Pack, or he or she might recommend that you join a group class. The consultation is required even if you have previous pilates experience. The cost is $80. Follow the quick and easy steps below to get scheduled. Then look for the Welcome email with studio details and a Booking confirmation email confirming your appointment.

STEP #5: Choose the "Drop-In" rate of $80.
